What is the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) and is it compulsory?

ASF is a yearly maintenance fee used for utilities, upkeep, and resort maintenance. It is payable every year whether or not you take a holiday, and the amount depends on your room category — Studio is lowest, 2 BR is highest. ASF is typically revised each April based on CPI and WPI inflation data published by the RBI.

What are Purple, Red, White, and Blue seasons?

Club Mahindra divides the year into four demand-based seasons. Purple covers peak dates like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year and costs the most. Red is high demand, White is moderate, and Blue is off-peak and cheapest. Your membership season decides which dates you can book without extra charges.

How long is a Club Mahindra membership?

The flagship membership runs for 25 years with 7 nights of holiday every year. Shorter options exist too — a 10-year plan, a 15-year plan, the 5-year points-based GoZest for young couples, and the 10-year Bliss membership for members above 50.

Can I cancel a Club Mahindra membership after joining?

There is a free-look / cooling-off period after enrolment during which cancellation can be requested. Beyond that window, refunds depend on the timing of the request, payments made, and benefits already used. Always read the cancellation clause in your agreement before signing.
